This policy explains what personal data CNQR Media FZCO collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to cnqrmedia.com and to the enquiries we receive through it.
Who we are. CNQR Media FZCO is a sports and entertainment agency registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We manage athletes, build brand partnerships across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and produce work in-house through SHXFT Studio.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you complete the contact form on this site, that is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company or brand, where you provide it
- The message you write to us
We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask you to create an account or set a password anywhere on cnqrmedia.com.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to discuss working together. That is the only reason. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How we use and store it
Enquiries are delivered into our internal client system, which is access-controlled and available only to CNQR Media staff who need it. Data is held on servers operated by our infrastructure providers within the EU and the United States.
We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have context if you come back to us. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that operate our systems on our behalf, for example our website hosting, email, and internal software providers. Those providers process data on our instructions.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only what is needed to serve the page and keep it secure. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on cnqrmedia.com.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data
- Stop using your data for a particular purpose
- Send you a copy of the data you gave us
Email hello@cnqrmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our internal systems is restricted to named staff accounts with role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
